المقدمة
في خضم المعترك الثقافي الذي يشهده العالم الإسلامي والتداعيات الكبيرة
التي تمر بها الامة الاسلامية وهي تخوض تحديات مترامية الاطراف مع اعداء
الدين والكلمة الصادقة، تقف المؤسسات و المراكز الثقافية للدفاع عن عقديتها
ومبادئها ومقدساتها معلنة استعدادها للتضحية والفداء في هذا السبيل ومن اجل
احقاق الحق وابطال الباطل مستمّدة عزمها وقوة ارادتها من المسيرة العظيمة
لائمة اهل البيت (ع) .
ومن تلك المؤسسات ( مؤسسة الغري للمعارف الاسلامية ) المؤسسة التي رسمت
لنفسها طريق تحقيق الأهداف المقدسة من خلال نشر ثقافة اهل البيت(ع) والدفاع
عنها بارادة صلبة وعزم راسخ .
لقد استطاعت المؤسسة في السنوات الخمس من تأسيسها انجاز العديد من النشاطات
الثقافية والفكرية وهي تستظل تحت خيمة المرجعية الدينية وتستمد ثقتها من
امتدادها الجماهيري في محافظات العراق كافة , وتسير بخطى ثابتة ومدروسة في
الانفتاح على دول العالم الاسلامي ورفدها بالاصدارات الثقافية بالاضافة الى
التواصل مع كبار الشخصيات الدينية والفكرية والثقافية التي لها ادوار مؤثرة
في الواقع العلمي و الاجتماعي .
بادرت المؤسسة الى اقامة مئات المؤتمرات و الملتقيات وعقد الندوات الفكرية
وشاركت في معارض ثقافية داخل وخارج العراق وتواصلت مع النخب والجامعات
والاكاديمين والعشائر واطياف مختلفة من ابناء الشعب العراقي فضلا عن عموم
الجماهير العراقية.
تأسست مؤسسة الغري عام 1425هـ / 2004م، حيث سعت الى تحقيق الاهداف
التالية:-
الاهداف
1- خلق قاعدة اسلامية علمية رفيعة المستوى تزدهر فيها القابليات والابداع
والابتكار ويسمو فيها العقل المستوعب لفكر اهل البيت(ع) نهجاً ونظاماً.
2- نشر فكر وثقافة اهل البيت(ع) بمختلف الوسائل المتاحة من صحف ومجلات وكتب
وانترنت وغيرها بالاضافة الى عقد الندوات واقامة المؤتمرات العلمية بهذا
الخصوص.
3- الاهتمام بطلبة الحوزة العلمية والمثقفين والمحقِّقين والكتاّب في مختلف
الشؤون التي يحتاجون اليها في حركتهم العلمية والتبليغية.
4- تفعيل وترشيد الثقافة الاسلامية في ربوع العراق والعمل على ملئ الفراغات
الفكرية والثقافية.
5- المساهمة في التقريب بين المذاهب الاسلامية ودعم مشروع الوحدة الاسلامية
والوطنية.
أقسام المؤسسة
1- الامانة العامة:
يقف على قمة هرم المؤسسة أمينها العام سماحة الشيخ قاسم الهاشمي لما له من
دور فاعل في دفع عجلة المؤسسة للامام وذلك من خلال متابعته الدؤوبة لعمل
الاقسام ونشاطاتها، وقيامه في الكثير من المبادرات الثقافية والتوجيهية
كالزيارات المستمرة الى مناطق مختلفة من ربوع العراق الحبيب، بالاضافة الى
الزيارات الشهرية للمراجع العظام في النجف الاشرف، وزياراته الميدانية
للعديد من المؤسسات والدوائر الثقافية والرسمية، كما يقوم سماحته بالقاء
المحاضرات في المجالات الفكرية والثقافية في الملتقى الشهري لاساتذة وطلبة
الحوزة العلمية في النجف الاشرف، بالاضافة الى اشرافه على حركة معتمدي
المؤسسة في المحافظات كافة، والمشاريع التابعة للمؤسسة مثل(معهد الزهراء(ع)
للعلوم الاسلامية، ومعهد الامام علي(ع) لاعداد الخطباء والمبلغين، ومركز
الدراسات التخصصية بين الحوزة والجامعة).
2- قسم الاعلام:
للمؤسسة قسم اعلامي يهدف الى نشر ثقافة وفكر اهل البيت (ع) من خلال جملة من
النشاطات والمطبوعات، كذلك يهتم باقامة الدورات الاعلامية والندوات
والمؤتمرات.
يصدر عن هذا القسم عدة مفردات منها(صحيفة الاصالة) وهي صحيفة نصف شهرية بـ(12)
صفحة تهتم بجميع الشؤون الثقافية والحوزوية والفكرية والسياسية وتوزع في
محافظات العراق كافة.
كما يصدر عن القسم(نشرة الرسالة) وهي نشرة سياسية نصف شهرية تهتم بالاخبار
والتقارير السياسية المحلية والدولية، بالاضافة الى اصدار القسم للتقارير
الخبرية وطبع المنشورات واعداد المعارض الفنية واقامة المسابقات الثقافية،
كما يغطي القسم اخبار ونشاطات المرجعية الدينية والحوزة العلمية والمؤسسات
الثقافية.
3- قسم البحوث
والتحقيق :
يعتبر هذا القسم من الاقسام الفاعلة في المؤسسة وذلك من خلال سعيه لاحتضان
المئات من المؤلفين والمحققين واصحاب الاقلام المتميزه , بالاضافة الى
اصداره للعديد من البحوث العقائدية والفكرية المختلفة، كما يهدف هذا القسم
الى تحقيق التراث الشيعي واستقبال بحوث الطلبة والمحققين ذات الطابع
العقائدي والمعرفي وتقديمها للطباعة بعد استيفائها للشروط المطلوبة.
4- المكتبة الصوتية
والمرئية:
تضم هذه المكتبة المئات من الدروس الحوزوية(المقدمات والسطوح والبحث
الخارج) المسجلة على الاقراص المضغوطة ولابرز اساتذة الحوزة العلمية .
كما تحتوي على المحاضرات الثقافية العامة والندوات العلمية والمناظرات في
اشرطة الفيديو والاقراص المضغوطة.
فيما يعمل فرع البرمجة والمونتاج في القسم على اصدار مجموعة من البرامج
الاسلامية المضغوطة على الاقراص الليزرية، ويقوم بنشرها في عموم انحاء
البلاد.
5- قسم الشبهات
والردود:
يسعى هذا القسم ومنذ اليوم الاول لتاسيسه للوقوف بوجه كل التيارات المنحرفة
التي تحاول تشويه الحقيقة وتزييف حقائق المذهب الجعفري و الرد على الشبهات
المثارة عليه سواء ما يطرح في الكتب او ما يعرض في المواقع المشبوهة على
الانترنت .... ويضم القسم مجموعة من العلماء واصحاب الفضيلة والاختصاص في
هذا المجال والذين يقومون بمهمة رصد وجمع تلك الاثارات والشبهات والرد
عليها رداً موضوعيا قائما على اساس الدليل والبرهان واصدارها في سلسلة كتب
حتى يتمكن الجميع من اقتنائها والاستفادة منها، كما تقوم المجموعة بالقاء
المحاضرات العقائدية عبر الانترنت يتم من خلالها الاجابة على اسئلة المئات
من المتابعين والرد عليها.
6- مركز المعلومات
والبحوث الكمبيوترية:
يحتوي هذا المركز على اجهزة كومبيوترية متطورة تحمل آلاف الكتب العلمية
وامّهات المصادر الفقهية والاصولية والكلامية والفلسفية والاخلاقية
والعقائدية والدروس الحوزوية وغيرها، واضعا هذه الخدمة المجانية في متناول
ايدي طلبة الحوزة والجامعات والطبقات المثقفة.
يرتاد القسم يوميا اكثر من(50) زائرا من مختلف الطبقات الحوزوية والجامعية
والثقافية.
7- قسم الطفولة:
حرصت المؤسسة على ان يكون لها اهتمام بالطفل العراقي فقامت بانشاء قسم خاص
للاطفال يهتم بايجاد الصلات بين الطفل وبين المعارف الدينية وذلك من خلال
اصدار سلسلة من القصص الهادفة عن سيرة النبي(ص) واهل بيته(ع) واصحابه
المنتجبين، كما يقوم القسم باصدار القصص على شكل برامج كومبيوترية وعلى
الاقراص المضغوطة وتوزع على القنوات المحلية والفضائية الاسلامية ليتم
عرضها على شاشات التلفزة.
8- قسم التوزيع
والنشر:
يهدف هذا القسم الى إثراء المكتبات الثقافية في عموم محافظات العراق بالكتب
والمطبوعات الدينية ونشرها في عموم القطر ، كما يدعم المبلغين والخطباء
وطلبة الحوزة العلمية والجامعات بتذليل بعض الصعوبات التي تعترض طريقهم في
طلب العلم..
وكما للقسم نشاطات مميزة في اقامة المعارض الثقافية للكتاب في داخل وخارج
العراق، حيث شارك منذ تأسيسه في مئات المعارض في الداخل والخارج.
9- قسم شؤون الطلبة
والمثقفين:
يعد قسم شؤون الطلبة والمثقفين في مؤسسة الغري للمعارف الاسلامية من
الاقسام الفاعلة والمهمة فيها حيث يعد الرابط الاساسي في تنسيق علاقة
المؤسسة مع طلبة واساتذة الحوزة والمثقفين والجامعيين وعلى مختلف الاصعدة
حيث يقع على عاتقه ترتيب اللقاءات والزيارات للمراجع العظام والمراكز
والمؤسسات العلمية والثقافية وتوطيد العلاقة معها، و كذلك متابعة شؤون
الطلبة والمنتمين للقسم وترشيد حركتهم العلمية والاجتماعية وتربية قدراتهم
واحتضان طاقاتهم، ورعايتهم، والعمل على رفع مستواهم الخطابي والعلمي،
وتلبية احتياجاتهم وتسهيل متطلباتهم بما يقع على عاتق المؤسسة من مسؤولية
تجاه طلبة الحوزة العلمية.
ومن الجدير بالذكر ان عدد الذين يرتبطون بهذا القسم يقارب الـ(2000) استاذا
وطالباً حوزويا واكاديمياً.
10- القسم النسوي:
القسم النسوي في مؤسسة الغري للمعارف الاسلامية من الاقسام التي تعنى
بالشان النسوي على الاصعدة الثقافية والدينية والسياسية وشهد نشاطات متنوعة
وكبيرة منذ تأسيسه، وتصاعداً ملحوظاً في وتيرة العمل من خلال اقامته
المؤتمرات والفعاليات والمجالس الدينية والتثقيفية.
كما يهدف هذا القسم الى ملئ الفراغات الثقافية للمرأة العراقية ورفع
مستواها الثقافي والمعرفي من خلال جملة من المبادرات من قبيل إدخالهن في
دورات عقائدية وتربية الطاقات والكفاءات النسوية، وإشراكهن في العمل الديني
والثقافي في الساحة العراقية.
11- قسم الانترنيت:
مع بدأ تأسيسه وبتزايد وتيرة العمل الذي حققه الكادر العامل على القسم
وتصدّيه لعمل موقع المؤسسة على الانترنت, شهد هذا القسم انتقالة نوعية في
اداء وخدمات الموقع حيث سعى (موقع الغري) من خلال الجهود المبذولة من قبل
الكادر العامل عليه للارتقاء به الى مصافي المواقع الاخبارية والثقافية
التي يتصفحها الزوار بمتابعة وشغف ولايكون مجرد رقم في سجل المواقع فقط حيث
للموقع هويته الإسلامية والسياسية التي تحتّم عليه التفاني والجهد المتواصل
في الارتقاء به .
كما يهتم القسم برصد الاخبار الاسلامية والثقافية العالمية، ويقوم بالتحديث
يومياً واجراء الاستطلاعات والاستفتاءات العامة بشكل منتظم، ولديه شبكة
اتصالات مباشرة مع مئات الالاف من المواقع الاسلامية، والشخصيات العلمية
والسياسية من مختلف انحاء العالم.
12- قسم السكرتارية:
يعتبر هذا القسم واجهة المؤسسة ومرآتها امام الزائرين، حيث يقوم باستقبال
الوفود والزائرين والمراجعين ومتابعة احتياجات المؤسسة وأمينها العام
وموظفيها، ومتابعة الشؤون الادارية وفتح ملفات الموظفين وضبط حضورهم
ودوامهم اليومي، واستلام وتوزيع البريد الصادر والوارد من والى المؤسسة
وكذلك تنظيم وجدولة لقاءات الامين العام وحفظها في سجلات خاصة وتحديد
مواعيدها وترتيب واعداد جلساته.
13- قسم العلاقات
العامة:
يهدف هذا القسم الى ترتيب العلاقات والمتابعات الخاصة بالمؤسسة وامينها
العام حيث يسعى للتنسيق مع المؤسسات الدينية والثقافية ومدّ جسور التواصل
والتزاور معها بغية تحقيق الاهداف المشتركة ويعمل على توطيد العلاقة مع
مختلف مكونات المجتمع من عشائر وشباب وطلبة حوزويين وجامعيين وكذلك
المؤسسات الحكومية والدينية.
كما يقوم القسم باحياء المناسبات الدينية والمذهبية والوطنية على مدار
السنة.
14- قسم شؤون أئمة
الجمعة والجماعة:
يتصدى هذا القسم لرعاية حركة أئمة الجمعة والجماعة في مختلف محافظات
العراق، وعقد الندوات واقامة المؤتمرات والدورات التدريبية بصورة مستمرة
بهدف تطوير قدراتهم الخطابية والتبليغية ورفع مستوى ادائهم المنبري.
يحتضن هذا القسم اكثر من (1500) امام جمعة وجماعة في عموم المحافظات، ولديه
آلية منظمّة للتواصل معهم وتزويدهم بالاصدارات والنشرات والكتب المختلفة،
بالاضافة الى دعمهم ماديا ومعنويا.
كما يصدر القسم نشرة تخصصية عبارة عن خطوط عامة لخطبتي صلاة الجمعة وتوزع
بشكل اسبوعي على جميع السادة أئمة الجمعة.
كما يقوم القائمون على هذا القسم بجولات ميدانية وزيارات مستمرة لأئمة
الجمعة والجماعة في محافظاتهم والتواصل مع كبار أئمة الجمعة ومعتمدي ووكلاء
المرجعية الدينية.
15- قسم الادارة
والمالية:
يقوم هذا القسم بمتابعة الشؤون الادارية للمؤسسة، حيث يعمل على تنظيم أوامر
تعيين واقالة الموظفين ووضع الظوابط الخاصة بذلك، بالاضافة الى اشرافه على
سجلات الحضور والغياب والصادرة والواردة والمخازن والعهدة وغيرها.
كما يتحمل هذا القسم المسؤولية المالية الكاملة، من تنظيم الوصولات
والكشوفات الشهرية والسنوية، وعمل الموازنات السنوية، وترتيب السجلات
الحسابية المتعددة، وتقسيم المستحقات على اهلها.
16- قسم الاستنساخ
والتوثيق:
يعمل هذا القسم على استنساخ المنشورات وبعض الاصدارات الخاصة باقسام
المؤسسة وتوثيقها كأرشيف شامل، ويقوم بتهيئة مستلزمات ذلك وتكثير الوصولات،
والنماذج الرسمية والادارية للمؤسسة، وتقديم الدعم والتعاون لاقسامها.
17- قسم المتابعات:
يقوم هذا القسم بتهيئة متطلبات نشاطات المؤسسة وأمينها العام وأقسامها
واحتياجاتها وصيانة موجوداتها وشراء وتوفير المواد التي تدخل ضمن متطلبات
عمل الاقسام.

From these foundations (
Al-Ghari foundation For Islamic Knowledge) this foundations
which plan for her self the way to achieve the holy aims through
propagate the culture of the prophet progeny(A) and defending
for them with hard will .
So after five years from
establishing the foundation it is to be able to achieve a lot
of cultural and intellectual activities and she is under the
umbrella of religious Marjeayh(Imams ) which get her trust
from peoples spread in all Iraqi provinces , and it is going
ahead in planed in fixed steps to be opened for the world
Islamic countries and give them the cultural issues and also to
communicated with the most important religious and cultural and
intellectual persons which have influence roles in the social
and scientific actually .
The foundation to take the
initiative in establishing hundred of the conferences and
forums and to hold a intellectual meetings and to take part in
cultural exhibitions inside and outside the Iraq, and to
communicated with the elites and the universities and the
academics and the tribes and different spectrums from Iraqi
peoples sectors and also all the Iraqi public peoples.
It been established (Al-Ghari
foundation for Islamic knowledge) in 1425 A.H./ 2004 A.D. so it
is trying to achieve these aims :-
The Aims
1-creating high level
Islamic scientific base where to prosper the abilities and the
inventions and the creations and to rise in it the mind who can
comprehend the concepts of Ahul – Albait(prophet progeny)(A) as
method and system.
2- propagate the opinions and
the culture of Ahul-Albait(A) by all available means from news
papers , magazines , books , internet and others and also by
establishing the forums and scientific conferences in this
domain.
3- to take care of the
scientific Hawza (seminary ) students and the intellectuals and
the researchers and the authors for all their needs for their
scientific and notification activity .
4- activate and guidance the
Islamic culture in all Iraq districts and try hardly to fill up
the cultural and intellectual gaps .
5- to participate in
approaching between the Islamic schools and to support the
project of the national and Islamic unity .
The foundation department
1-
The secretariat -general:
On the
pyramid head of the foundation her secretary –general his
Eminence Alshaikh Qasem Alhashimi with what he have from active
role to push the wheel of the foundation ahead by his
hardworking pursue for the performing of the departments and
their activities , and his performing to many of cultural and
guidance initiatives like the continuous visits to the
different districts of our lovely Iraq , in addition to the
monthly visit to the grand Marajeh(religion leader) in the Holy
Najaf , and by his field visits for many from cultural and
official foundations and departments , and his eminence deliver
a many addresses in cultural and intellectual in the monthly
forum for the scholars and the students of the scientific
seminary in the Holy Najaf , and also he supervisor the
activities of the foundation agents in all provinces , and the
projects under the foundation like ( Alzahra (A) Institute for
Islamic sciences , Al-Imam Ali(A) Institute to preparation the
orators and the preachers , and the centre for specialist
studies between the Hawza and the university ).
2-The Media department :
The
foundation have media department who work hardly to propagate
the prophet progeny(A) culture and opinion through many
activities and publications and it is also establishing media
courses and forums and conferences .
This
department is issuing a many items from them (Al-Asallah news
paper ) and it is news paper half-monthly by (12) pages
concerning in all political , intellectual , seminary , and
cultural affairs and been distribution in all Iraq provinces.
Also this
department issuing (Al-Risalah publication) and it is
half-month political publication concerning in international and
local political reports , in addition to that the department is
issuing news reports and publish the publications and
establishing the art exhibitions and the cultural quizzes , and
also the department is covering the news and the activities of
the religious marjjeayah(leadership) and the scientific seminary
and the cultural foundations .
3-the researches and investigations department :
This
department from the most active department in our foundation
because it is work hardly to welcome the hundreds of the authors
and the researchers and also who have elite pens , and also to
issue the many ideological and intellectual researches , and
this department also aim to investigate the Shia heritage and to
receive the searches with ideological and knowledge impress
from the students and researchers to publish them after they
fulfill the required conditions .
4- the audio and video library :
this library
it contain the hundreds of the Hawza lessons (Almoqademat
(primary) and Alsotoh(the secondary) and Bahath Alkharej( high
level) which recorded on CD. And for the most elite scholars of
the scientific Hawza .
Also it
have general cultural lectures and the scientific seminars and
debates in video cassettes and CD.
Also the
programming and the montage section is issuing collection of
Islamic programs on CDs., and he then publish them in all
round the country.
5-the doubts and answers department :
This
department is working hardly from the first day of establishing
to stand in the face of all the corrupted currents which trying
to deformation the truth and faking the Jafari school facts and
to answer all the doubts which excited against it in the books
or in the dubious web sites in the internet …, and this
department have group of the scholars and scientists whom
specialist in this field and who are observing and collecting
these doubts and agitations and answer them objectivity answer
established on the base of the proof and the evidence and issue
them in the chain of books so it is easy for every body to get
them and gain benefit from them, and also the group of the
researchers are delivering ideological lectures through the
internet which they answering the hundreds of the questions
from the observers and they to reply them.
6-The information and the computers researches department :
This
department is contain advanced computer devices which have the
thousand of science books and the most Important doctrine and
principles and theology and ethics and ideological and
philosophy references and the seminary lessons and others , and
it is offering his free service on hands for the seminary and
the universities students and the educated class.
This
department it been attended daily by more than (50) visitors
from different seminary and university and cultural classes .
7-
the childhood department :
This
department to pay big attention to the Iraqi child and to make
relations between him and the religion knowledge by the aim
stories from the Sira(biography) of the prophet and his progeny
(A) and his selected companions.
Also
issuing the stories by means of computer programs on CDs. and
they distribute them for the local and satellite Islamic
channels to show them on their screens .
8-The Distribution and Publishing department :
This
department is aiming to enhancement the cultural libraries in
all Iraqi provinces by the books and the religious publications
and distribute them in all round the country , and he also
support the orators and the preachers and the students of
scientific seminary and the universities by removing some of
the obstacles which obstruct them in their way to get the
knowledge …
This
department have also other special activates in establishing
the cultural exhibitions for books inside and outside the Iraq,
whereas it is been participate since establishing in hundreds
of exhibitions in inside and outside of the country .
9- The students and the intellectuals affairs
department:
The
students and the intellectuals affairs department in
(Al-Ghari foundation for Islamic knowledge) from the important
and active departments because it is the main connection in
coordination for the relation between the foundation with the
scholars and the students of the seminary and with the
intellectuals and academics in all levels , so it is his
responsibility to organize the meetings and the visiting for
the grand Marjaa( imams ) and the cultural and scientific
centers and to strengthen the relations with them.
Also to
pursuit the affairs for the students and who are ascribed to the
department and guide their scientific and sociological
activities and raising up their liabilities and welcome their
powers , and take care of them, and working hard to raise their
scientific and speech level and supply them with their needs and
offer them their requirements what it is been the
responsibility of the foundation to the students of the
scientific seminary .
And it is
worth mentioning that the number of who are related to this
department are more than (2000) teachers and professors and
students of seminary and academe .
10- the women's department :
the women's
department in( Al-Ghari foundation for Islamic knowledge ) from
the department who take care by the women's affairs in all
domains the political and the religious and the cultural and
they have grand and various activities since it been established
, and it have noticed increasing in the pattern of the work by
establishing the congresses and the activities and the religious
and cultural assemblies.
and this
department make his aim to fill the cultural gaps for the Iraqi
women and raise her cultural and knowledge level by many of the
initiatives like put them in ideological courses and raising up
their women powers and qualifications , and make them
participate in religious and cultural activity in the Iraqi
field .
11- the internet department :
With the
beginning of establishing this department and with increase
of the work pattern which been done by the working cadre in
this department and to take up to designee the foundation web
site on the internet , this department it have qualitative shift
in services and performance of website , whereas attempt to
(Al-Ghari site ) through making every effort by the working
cadre on it to advance it to the level of the news and cultural
sites which been browsing by the visitors with pursed and
interest not to be only number in the sites recorder , and the
site have his Islamic and political identity so he have to
dedication and to make every continuous effort to progression
for him .
The
department is also interest in observing the international
cultural and Islamic news , and he is daily updating and
perform the public polls and the inquires in regularly , and it
have and network of direct connections with thousand of Islamic
sites , and the political and scientific persons from all round
the world .
12-the secretary department :
This
department is considered the face of the foundation and her
mirror in front of the visitors , so it is to receive the
guests and the visitors and the haunts and pursuing the
requirements of the foundation and her general –secretary and
her staff , and pursuing the management affairs and opening
files for the staff and keep the record for the attending and
the daily working , and received and distribution the outgoing
and the incoming post from and to the foundation and also to
organize and arrange the meetings of the secretary-general and
to file them in special records and arranging his agenda and
make the preparations and the arrangements for his meetings .
13- the public relation department :
The aim
of this department to arrange the relations and the pursuits
which belonged to the foundation and her secretary-general
so it trying hardly to coordination with other cultural and
religious foundations to make connection bridges and the meeting
with them to achieve the common aims and it working to
strengthen the relation with different elements of society from
tribes , youths , academics and seminary students and also
the religious and government foundations .

department also celebrate the national and the religious and the
ideology occasions for all the year round.
14-The department for the affairs of Imams for mass and
Friday :
This
department is to take up to taking care of activity for
the Imams of the mass and the Friday in different Iraq
provinces ,
And to
hold the forums and establishing the conferences and training
courses in continuously to improve their oratorical and
notification abilities and to rise up their oratory
performance .
This
department is welcoming more than (1500) Imams of mass and
Friday in all the provinces , and he have his organized
procedure to communicate with them and supply them with
different publications and brochures and books , and in addition
to support them financially and spirit.
The
department also issuing specially publication about the main
lines to the two sermons of the Friday pray and they been
distribute weekly for all the Imams of Friday pray .
Also the
workers in this department to perform field tours and regular
visits to the Imams of mass and Friday pray in their provinces
and to communicate with the grand Friday pray Imams and the
agents and the representatives of the religious Marjja(Imam) .
15- The administration and the finance department :
This
department is performing the pursuing for the administration
affairs for the foundation , so it is working on organizing the
appointment and the dismiss orders for the staff and put the
special regulations for that , in addition to his supervisory
on the records of the attending and absence and the incoming and
the outgoing and the warehouses and the custody and others .
this
department is carrying the total finance responsibility , like
arranging the receipts and the monthly and yearly statements ,
and preparing the yearly budgets , and organizing the different
accounting registers , and pay one's dues .
16- The photocopying and the archive department :
This department is working on
photocopying the publications and some special issues for the
foundation departments and to enter them as inclusive archive ,
and to make the preparation for the requirements of that , and
multiply the receipts and the official and the administrative
forms for the foundation , and offer the support and the
cooperation for their departments .
17- the following –up department :
This
department is preparing the requirements for the activities of
the foundation and her secretary –general and the departments
and their needs and doing the maintenance for their assets and
purchasing and supplying the items which include in the
requirements of the department function .
